Yesterday was my first trip to Ohm and my first facial. In my total
relaxation, I forgot the name of my amazing caretaker (Anastasia, I think), but she
was really fantastic. She talked to me about skin care, she was incredibly
soothing, and I left feeling refreshed and wonderful.

In addition to the excellent service, I also appreciate the little details
that made the atmosphere so stellar: my name on my locker, the comfy
slippers, the variety of waters, the snacks, the fish display (mesmerizing), and
even the warm, forgiving welcome I received despite arriving late.
