I had a facial here yesterday, my first visit since they moved into their new space. I always loved Ohm, and now it is even more amazing! The only downside before was their cozy but tight space. Now they have two large relaxation rooms (with the same awesome snacks), more treatment rooms, and expanded dressing areas. My facialist Gisella was excellent. She discussed products (various brands, some they carried and some they didn't) with me but didn't try to sell me on anything, and in fact gave me a few samples, which is different than most spas I have been to. I had a Divine Intervention facial, and felt so well-rested and looked 5 years younger afterwards! We met the one of the owners after we paid for our treatments. She was very informational about the products, and helped my friend select a few without being pushy. Ohm strikes the perfect balance of being knowledgeable & professional while still maintaining a personal touch.
