I had a facial here yesterday, my first visit since they moved into their new space. I always loved Ohm, and now it is even more amazing! The only downside before was their cozy but tight space. Now they have two large relaxation rooms (with the same awesome snacks), more treatment rooms, and expanded dressing areas. My facialist Gisella was excellent. She discussed products (various brands, some they carried and some they didn't) with me but didn't try to sell me on anything, and in fact gave me a few samples, which is different than most spas I have been to. I had a Divine Intervention facial, and felt so well-rested and looked 5 years younger afterwards! We met the one of the owners after we paid for our treatments. She was very informational about the products, and helped my friend select a few without being pushy. Ohm strikes the perfect balance of being knowledgeable & professional while still maintaining a personal touch. Amazing manuka honey facial! My esthetician was incredibly nice and knowledgable. My skin feels like baby skin!! The spa itself is very clean and peaceful. The staff id helpful and very nice (: you get a locker with your name on it which isn't a big deal but it just shows that they took time to write your name down and make it a better experience. I just finished my facial and I'm waiting for my deep tissue massage.. Great place highly recommend it.

I came here yesterday on a full package gift certificate from a friend (thanks, K!). From the moment I called to book my appointment I liked this place. This turned out to be one of the best spa experiences I've had, and I've been to quite a few. The spa is is intimate, quiet, and relaxing. The massage and facial were amazing. Skincare Experience At Ohm Spa & Lounge

Dear Ohm, Yesterday was my first trip to Ohm and my first facial. In my total relaxation, I forgot the name of my amazing caretaker (Anastasia, I think), but she was really fantastic. She talked to me about skin care, she was incredibly soothing, and I left feeling refreshed and wonderful. In addition to the excellent service, I also appreciate the little details that made the atmosphere so stellar: my name on my locker, the comfy slippers, the variety of waters, the snacks, the fish display (mesmerizing), and even the warm, forgiving welcome I received despite arriving late. I look forward to my next visit at Ohm and will recommend you to everyone I meet. (In fact, I just raved about you to my boss!) Many thanks for a great experience.

Expert Skincare At Ohm Spa & Lounge

"Went to Ohm Spa today for the first time with my brother for customized facials. His aesthetician was Gisela, mine was Laurie. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly by the super sweet front desk associate. This was my brothers first time at the spa, and I wanted to make sure that he was comfortable. We sat in the dimly lit waiting area, sipped on some cucumber infused water, and waited for our aestheticians to come get us. Once I was in the room the experience was great. Laurie was very knowledgeable, and took the time to get to know what I was wanting in a facial. I had the manuka honey facial and it was great. Once done, I met my brother in the waiting area and he (16 years old) enjoyed his facial from Gisela. He has problem skin, typical of teenagers, and he mentioned that he wanted to return next month for another facial. All in all, a very great experience.
