Spa Policy

We recommend that you make reservations well in advance so that your preferred appointment times can be secured.

Treatment selection

We offer a variety of treatment options which are listed under Services & Packages. Should you need assistance in choosing a service, we encourage you to speak with one of our spa coordinators who can guide you in reserving the most suitable treatment and therapist depending on whether your goal is relaxation or more therapeutic in nature.

Lateness, cancellation and rescheduling policy

Kindly arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Please be advised that late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled service in order to appropriately accommodate the next guest. Cancellations or reschedulings require 24-hour notice for any singular appointment or service. Cancelling multiple services or packages require 48-hour notice. Parties of 4 or more require 72-hour notice. Cancellation policy for large group gatherings will be discussed on an individual basis. A valid credit card number is required to make a reservation. Late cancellation or failure to arrive for an appointment will result in the full charge of scheduled services.

Conduct / Etiquette

Please turn off all cell-phones or electronic devices upon arrival and keep voice levels to a minimum, as other treatments may be in progress. Lockers will be provided for your convenience but we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

Payment & tipping

We accept all major credit cards but not personal checks. Tipping is customary and typically 15-20% of each treatment’s regular undiscounted price. We actively monitor gratuity levels as a tool for gauging client satisfaction. When leaving gratuity for another guest, it will be applied as 20%. Parties of 4 or more will have a gratuity of 20% applied to the final balance.

Gift cards

Gift cards do not guarantee a specific date or time. Please call in advance to ensure availability. Gift cards are valid for one year from date of purchase and are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Gift cards may be redeemed over multiple visits. Any unused portion of a gift card is forfeited after the expiration date. Lost or missing gift cards will not be replaced.

Please note: no showers

While we do provide lockers and a private changing area, please note that our facility is not equipped with showers. All of our services are designed to be performed without the need for showering. In fact, our body masques are actually more effective if you don’t shower for 3-4 hours after your treatment, allowing any residual product to remain of the skin. In addition, hot towels are available upon request at the end of your treatment.

An Important Reminder

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking, or any notable changes since your last treatment.
